Protein Cheesecake!

In a large bowl, beat together the following -2 8oz packages of fat free (softened at room temp) cream cheese -2 8oz containers of plain nonfat Greek yogurt -2 whole eggs -2 egg whites -2 scoops of Level-1 vanilla ice cream protein powder (link will be in the comments) -1-2tbsp stevia or no calorie sweetener

Mix until smooth, pour batter into sprayed pan. Bake at 250 for 30min then 300 for 40-45min. Let cool then place in fridge overnight to finish setting! Slice into 8 servings. For 1 slice: 2g of fat, 8g carbs, 23g protein!
