After having two boys my body was taking a number of hits with unhealthy decisions. I was use to eating 3 big meals a day and snacking at night. I was one of those people who would exercise in spurts when I felt sloppy but would fall off the wagon as soon as I got comfortable. I reached a plateau using an exercise app on my phone and got tired of feeling tired. As soon as Colleen offered her 8 week challenge a light switch went off and I became completely motivated in succeeding. Week by week past and my measurements continued to get smaller. I did not think I would have as much success compared to others with gym memberships. But with the use of dumbbells and resistance bands I became stronger every week. My diet was my biggest fear but has become so easy to manage that I don't think twice about what I'm eating. I now feel like I can keep up with my growing boys and hey if I keep it up they will have to keep up with me :). Thank you Colleen for motivating me to become a better version of myself you truly are amazing! End result (after 8 weeks): 4 inches off my waist, 3 3/4 inches off my hip and 17 pounds lost :)

"Thank you for all your knowledge and support. I'm definitely eating smarter now. I've broken out of my cardio marathon rut and have learned to love lifting weights!! So much stronger after this challenge. 💪🏾"

"I have learned a lot and accomplished a lot. I learned a lot of new exercises using my resistance bands and now I know that they work just as well as weights. I learned that I can do lunges and not fall on my face. My squat PR is 255 and my bench press is 135. I learned that a lot of what I thought were facts about food were actually myths. Eating after 7 and that just because something says low fat does not mean that it's healthier. Reading labels is important. I also realized that planks are not that bad. They still suck but I can handle them for a few seconds. Thank you so much Colleen for all the help and encouragement and all the information you provided."
