Post-Workout Nutrition- A MUST

When it comes to nutrition, I always focus on getting as many whole food meals in as possible. The one time I can say I truly rely on a supplement over food is immediately post resistance training, and I'll explain why.
When we work out intensely, we damage tissues at the micro level, meaning we're tearing those muscle fibers. However, to build muscle, to get stronger, and to get leaner, those tissues need to repair quickly and efficiently.
