M&M Protein Cookies!

-1 scoop Level-1 Ice Cream Sandwich protein (or Cinnamon Cookie) -1 cup (drained & rinsed) canned Garbanzo beans -1/4 cup canned pumpkin -3tbsp egg whites -1 tsp vanilla -1 tsp milk (any) -1/2 tsp baking powder -3 stevia packs (or sweetener of choice) -2 tbsp m&ms (or white chocolate chips, or any candy really!)

1. Drain & rinse beans 2. Puree beans, pumpkin, egg whites, milk, and vanilla. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients 4. Drop batter onto cookie sheet into 8-10 cookies 5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Be careful not to over bake as you don't want to d

ry them out
